Body Building Tips

Hi, my name is Javier and I've been a body builder for two years now. I do sports such as muay-thai, jiu-jitsu, boxing, wrestling, tennis, soccer, and I go to the gym.

At age 13 I began doing all of the martial arts I do now, I train 4 times a week with a private martial arts instructor and do exercise 6 times a week. As soon as I began doing all of this I noticed great muscular development and my father who by the way was very supportive, started me up with a nutritionist once a week which makes me eat 3 hard boiled eggs a day but without the yellow part which is the cholesterol only the white part which has the proteins (each egg has 0.6 protein).

I also started drinking protein shakes which gave me great amounts of strength. Before I became a bodybuilder I barely drank water, now I drink about 5 glasses a day because water is the only natural anti-oxidant in the world and makes your body clean.

I have grown a lot thanks to all the protein and I am taller than most of my friends, I have a 6-pack and I am trying to get an 8-pack, my pectorals are great in size and I have big arms thanks to all the sports.

I love everything I am doing now and I wish to continue the road to a great bodybuilder.
